The other day, some bastards stole my hood bumper and a few other things. With some very persuasive people, I got my stuff back, but when i put the hood back on, it doesnt shut now.

well, obviously, if it fit before, and it doesn't fit now, there's an alignment issue. The hood hinges have a little room to adjust either back, or forward, try adjusting it to fit. Check for bent hood hinges, or a bent hood latch also.

 

i didnt check the hinges but they are moved all the way up, only that the hood moves maybe 1/4 inch if that, which seemed a bit strange b/c my friend hood moved quite a distance. the latch is straight.
