Have you tried looking for a crx dx intake? It's the same thing.

First of all we are only dealing here with the 88-91 Civic or CRX. So with that said here are what intakes you can use if you have a stock or swapped engine. For the DPFI such as the DX, LX, or STD cars your not going to get an valuable power out of a CAI without doing MPFI so save your money (plus I don't think they even make CAIs for the DPFI cars). For MPFI cars such as the HF, Si, or cars with a ZC (any kind) or any kind of SOHC D-series (D16Z6, D16Y8, etc) you can use a CAI for the 88-91 Civic/CRX Si. If you are like me and have relocated your battery to the trunk you can use a 92-96 Civic Si CAI since it goes across where the battery used to be but that won't matter. For 88-91s with B-series I believe you could probably get the 88-91 Si CAI to work, but I know that the 99-00 Civic Si CAI works if you have the relocated battery.
