Has anyone seen the new Civic Nation commercial on MTV, MTV2, Speed or BET yet.

yeah saw it last night on MTV i was flipping channells pretty kewl ad not sure what it was for at first but got the gist after watching it

is this the commercial with Steph in it? they have him going down the 1320 and show his 6.6 sce pass along w/ show cars, etc. If this is the commercial you are referring to, then i saw it last week.

how does this help the masses of honda drivers? they acknowledge a civic drag car, but what about stepping in and helping a few racers in a few classes.

i saw that commercial with steph. the cool thing about it is that it was a HONDA sponsered commercial.


So are they saying they are getting into SPORT COMPACT DRAG racing now or what???

I am kinda wondering this as well?

Maybe they are just figuring its free publicity?

I recognize ALOT of that footage from the Hot Import Daze event in San Diego in July...

not sure why they would show George Burgs' civic with the RX8 front end... or the infinity G35 with the tv's in the trunk...

but it's a cool commercial!!

honda hasnt helped out how gm has a team. but we helped them out. goes to show you how much we love em. .

We all love Honda and are die hard fans of Honda. But of course in the big picture of things. GM has a lot more money than Honda does. They have to spread there money throughout a lot more market segments than just import drag racing. They help out drag racers when they can and they have helped us out in the past years with a lot of parts. Parts can definately add up when especially in our RWD where we use NSX motors. Not cheap and we love Honda for helping us out.
