help please oil weight question

I have a 2000 V6 and wanted to go with mobile one full syntec. but dont know weither to use 5w30 or 10w30. and i have 70k miles on it.

You'll be fine with either one really... although 5w30 will be better for colder conditions, such as below-freezing temperatures.
