Default 91 RS - Veers violently at high speed, tugs at low speed???

My 300,000mi 1991 Acura Integra RS, orig. B18A1 & manual trans is SICK, no I mean ILL... I've done major maint as needed: tuneups, brakes, timing belt, axles, wheel bearings, bushings, springs, struts, etc. But now it's got a steering/suspension/drivetrain problem I can't find - nor can the Acura experts.

At 85 on the hwy - it suddenly veered VIOLENTLY to the right - with no warning - then came back under control. Very brief, violent pull. Got over - Looked it over - brake disc looked fine, nothing broken, nothing loose... Limped along the access at 10, then 20... eventually I was testing 60-80 w/no problems. That weekend I tore open the right suspension, drivetrain, steering & brakes looking for damage. Nada. Didn't reoccur for about a month.

This time, At 20mph, it felt wobbly, and the wheel briefly tugged hard to the right. Again, I inspected; even did a brake job (turned, pads, repl. orig. calipers). Nada. Finally, I turned it over to my local independent Acura repair shop.

They suggested the steering rack - which I'd considered. Rack was original & on my "to-do" list, so I had them replace it. Long & short - Rack is great, but an hour later, same wobbly, tugging to right problem.

This time, they took it for a longer test drive & recreated the problem - called it "wierd". But definitely the transmission. I agreed - everything else in the drive train has been looked at! They tore down the trans & found NOTHING. Zip. They inspected the CVs & intermediate shaft - nothing amiss.
Frustrated, they too gave up - pronounced drivetrain healthy & didn't charge me for the teardown (though I had them do the clutch since the trans was out - charged me parts only - they did note scarring on the flywheel before turning it). These guys do NOTHING but Honda & Acura, and they're stumped.

So - I've got it back & I'm piece by piece trying to isolate the problem.
Removed (new) front calipers & sealed the lines - test drove w/back brakes only - same problem...
Removed the knuckle - rebuilt it - new bearing, new hub... Same problem.
Axle is next, though shop said it looked fine (I replaced w/new about 80k ago)

One thing I've isolated - problem is torque sensitive - under acceleration, no problem, let up & coast - it may, may not happen, but it is ALWAYS coasting or under very little power when it feels wobbly & tugs. Suggests CV but not clunking/ticking. Differential?????

I'm going to try axle swap w/a used part just to see if it affects it - though 4 sets of eyes have inspected the joints already.

Any suggestions? Perhaps no damage in trans, but at 300k, differential lash or other critical clearances way out of spec?
