hi im looking into getting a turbo and i want to run 5 or more psi and i was wandering what internals i would have to change so i can run a everything safe. im also running 55shoot zex kit i hope to still use that's why i know i have to do some internal. i have a 92 accord with 95 vtec head please. help iv tried finding out for my self but cant thanks

This has been like the 4th turbo question in the Accord forum in the past 3 days, and they're all practically asking the same thing.

 

i think you should rebuild it before you boost it, i've seen a couple of motors that used nitrous first then boost it, the ringlands worn down alot quicker and a big mess started
