Default shocks

is it okay for me to put springs onto stock shocks without having any performance problems?

I did it, it works fine. The stock struts are bound to wear out a bit quicker, depending on how much your drop it, alot quicker. Unless you slam the car, you shouldn't wear em out too quick. Withought more "performance" struts, you aren't going to gain as much handling performance as you might think. But to stop rambling, yes, you can do it and should have no problems.

It's fine, but you will have to replace your shocks sooner. Might as well do the whole kitten-cabootle while down there.
