Default Is this a CX or Si eg?

take a look at this pic, is this hatch an si or a cx. the dealership selling it says its a cx but it looks like an si. what are clues to an si. I thought the moon roof and the hub caps. because fifth gen si's didnt come with actual wheels did they? oh and it also says it has a rear defroster and air condition.

thanks guys

Looks like an Si due to the sunroof/moonroof and the black side moldings. The CX and VX doesnt have moldings...the DX and Si have modlings if i remember correctly

Si.

Moonroof and painted doorhandles give it away...no possible way it could be a CX.

4995 is kinda high for a 93 civic si with 90,000, kinda play him off and say that a cx goes for a lot cheaper

I'd play dumb and say other cx's are going for cheaper.

just go to carfax.com and enter the vin number. it will tell you the make/model and the country of production for free. that's how i checked to see if my eg was an si or not.

as for the moldings/sunroof. i've seen a cx with both moldings and sunroof. the guy said he added the option of the sunroof.

but yeah imo it looks like an si to me. and it looks pretty clean

believe it or not, you other people. this is a 93 cx with a sunroof and moldings.

SI interior looks different,
the cloth on the doors/seats has a ridged pattern to it.

also you'll see a d16z6 engine under the hood,
no other hatch had that FOR SURE(unless it was swapped)

should have a tach reading a 7200 rpm redline too

That picture does not match the vin he gave you. The VIN is for a CX/VX/DX, that car is an Si. He's lying to you.

Couldn't you also tell from the engine? D16Z6 vs. D15B8?
