need help on boosting my GSR
welcome to a topic that will take months to fully explain... speed and reliability are usually inversely proportional to eachother, the faster and more reliable the more it costs

Well it depends on how many psi your going to run. You can run stock internals and 4-5 psi and I wouldn't worry abit. Unless you plan on boosting 10+ psi, you should be fine on stock internals. For more boost, upgraded valvetrain, forged pistons and rods, the basics... But for more info, read the FI section and use the search tool, its very helpful

You cant go be PSI. It the volume that counts. For example: A big turbo at 5psi could put out more volume that a small turbo at 10psi. Good tuning is the key to reliability. You car will never be 100% reliable though.

440 injectors
Hondata
Walboro fuel pump
Good lines
Thicker head gasket (optional)
you should be alright with this but remember nothing will ever beat a good tuning. Just remember to make sure you are not leaking any oil anywhere,
and make sure you have good compression on all four cylinders before boosting. Fix any major/minor problems that you have now and have piece of mind. Good luck and happy boosting
