91 hb hood fit 89 4 door civic

just as the topic says, will a 91 hb hood fit a 89 4 dr civic?

I believe the dimensions are slightly different, never could find a hood that would directly match onto my sedan.

nope won't work

differences in fenders causes this slight change

what if i swapped over fenders also... and maybe even front bumper, because im purchasing a 4dr 89 civic... and im trading a shell for a 91 hb with a CF hood and i want the hood.... would this possibly work?
