is the only difference between them the 2.5 the collecter size? or are the ports on the runners from the JDM header bigger? TIA

the DC Sports JDM 4-1 has lower cost, larger primaries, lack of inner welds at the flange, and better collector. The only benefit about the JDM ITR header is that it has better ground clearance and a heat shield.

He's referring to the "JDM" and "USDM" versions of the DC Sports headers. When comparing the two (assuming they're both ITR versions), the primaries are the same diameter, it's just the collector that's larger.

By the way, why does your above post look so familiar...?

At least someone's been paying attention to my posts.

i think it has larger primaries too...

does it matter a lot if the collector is only 2.25" instead of the 2.5"? applciation is on b16a

What additional information are you looking for. The collector on the JDM version is 2.5" vs. 2.0" on the USDM versions. As I said, the tubing itself is the same size for both versions (if they're both ITR headers).

If you're comparing a USDM DC 4-1 made for the B16A application to the DC JDM 4-1, then the information I've read indicates that the tubing size of the primaries on the B16A header is a bit smaller. And yes, the JDM version will perform quite a bit better than the USDM version.
