Bolt size for ITR Front end conversion?

Does anybody know the bolt size that mounts the license plate on an JDM ITR front end?

Well on my friends JDM ITR front end I think he used just the same old bolts or screws that where on the USDM front end which are metric 6x16. Hope this helps.
