im buying bearings for the eagle rods im getting, and new main bearings.

Id like to stick with honda bearings, Will these work with the eagle rods?

Most importantly- Ive heard that you look on the block for the main bearing code, and you look on the rod for the rod bearing code,

How do i identify these?

the codes are on the block on the top right by the rear main seal..its 4 0r 5 numbers...then there are numbers on the crank between each weight read the num on the block from left or right and do the same with the crank i will have 2 num..ex..if the num on the block is 4 then the num on the crank is 3 then u look in the honda serv man.and see what color ber u need 4 the num 4 on the block and 3 on the rod u do the same with all the num...uas the num on the crank ane the num on the rods if they where stock the same way u didi the block is the same way u do the rods do get the right color ber..but u realy need to call your local acura parts dpartment to get the right bearing if u have any problems hait me up at sedate88civic@yahoo.com
