Car is off, but stereo remains on...
Just bought a used 5th gen prelude , come with the stock head units(AFS), but
when i turn the car off, the audio remained powered.
What could be wrong ? just the wires ?

My uncle used to have his HU like that so he can listen to the radio with the car off...I think that the HU power is bybassed from the ignition, so it can receive an electric current striaght from the battery without the car being on. There is nothign wrong with the HU just turn it off when you turn off the car if you dont want it on.

its defintely connected to the ignition or some bypass. My boy bought a 240 and the radio and wipers were connected to the ignition wire but the wrong one. Check under your steering wheel to see if something is spliced. In the long run this could potentially run out your battery get it fixed asap.
