Well i just got done rebuiling my engine for turbo and i have all forged internals and i was just curious how i should break it in.......... I.E. what oil, how many oil changes, oil change intervals, rpm limits and steps, etc., etc,....

I used the third way with my motor, and have had no problems.

well if i was you....
driveable rpm limited not to pass 4,500 or 4,000 (recommend at below 4k) rpm at any gear...
1st oil change at first 800 miles (use non synthetic) (keep oil filter)
2nd oil change at 2,000 miles (including 500miles above) (change oil filter)
at 3,000miles your motor for sure broken in....if you want to change oil + filter again you can...but using synthetic if you want (use new filter if you going synthetic)
that's how i broken my motor...for you turbo you shoudl do it...some people say too much for broken in.....not for me i want my motor to live as long as it can lives
do not quick rev your engine
do not down shift your engine
do not double clutching
do not public street racing
well that is all i can think of for now...

no different at all..just here in california laws are different..if you got caught street racing...they dont' impound ur car anymore....they auction your car...so bye bye to your watever car you raced

not really ...i like my ways of breakin in the motor better ...and that how i broken in my motor....and yes may be it's too much to do..
honestly california laws getting lame...if you get caught in public street racing...police, they dont impound your car anymore...they just auction your car to new owner...
