i'm currently running a p28 as well which is chipped with a custom map, crazy timing and fuel, 10 mpg...kinda sucks, but good gains in the upper end...gotta get it all tuned again soon though...

i runa p28 program i made myself with pieces of other maps and my own tuning. gets me 23+ mpg and has smooth power across the rev range. no trouble with hard starts or anything. i also run p13s (usdm and jdm) from time to time to try stuff out.

i know! i'd love to get a hold of one of your maps and get it tuned for my car. doesn't the P28 sacrifice the IABs though?

yeah you lose the electronic control, but you can put it on vacuum operated only. i run skunk2 or euro-r manifolds though now.

everyone knocks the butterflies because they never hook them up right. i like mine. i don't know if it's the sound at 4400 rpm, or what, but they're cool to me. if i replace them, it's going to be with something kick *** (TWMs or Euro-R)

If you have an H22 meotor, then why run anything but an H22 ECU? j/w what made you get the P28?

I have a P13 (H22 Automatic) ECU for sale if anyone needs it.

why not use a p28? it can esily be reprogrammed to h22 maps and has much more flexibility in changing the fuel and ignition maps to better suit my mods.
