What is the best way to remove big clumps of tar from the inside of a wheel?
I have tried various bug and tar removers but no luck. i'm a little skeched out by the thought of using kerosene but i need to get it off there. if you guys have a tried and true soultion it would be greatly appreciated!

 

let some wheel cleaner soak on there for a bit, thats all i got, good luck
