what is the diffrence in hasports mounts - place racing....ect

hasports are so damn expensive? hits around 550 ish

I have a local guy that makes mounts for are swaps but i was looking for something in billet??? is there really a diffrence in the types?

and i have a suspension issue to. i have a set of tein felx dampeners will they work for street/strip?
