new belt?

I put a 98 non vtec head on my d15b2 block. Do i have to buy a 1.6 timing belt? Cause now that im done my timing belt has too much slack, and ive already adjusted the belt tensioner.

Yup, as a general rule of thumb you buy the belt that matches the head.

so the 1.5 belt IS longer than the 1.6?
