Im just wondering, if i was to paint polish rims red...would the red just flat out color the rims red? Or will the red be transparent and just kinda tint the polish rims...to like a polish red? Is there a special kind of paint that just tints metal?
Why would you want your rims to be Polish. There's enough jokes out there to make fun of us Pollocks. Don't allow your rims to be part in this.
*HA HA!!! I made a funny!!*
I think it would color the rim. Unless you sprayed on a very thin coat. But even then, it wouldn't really look the way you want. It would be really splotchy, uneven, and dull. You're talking about that shiny, annodized color, right?

I think some company (duplicolor?) makes an anodized-look paint. Not positive about this, though.
That look is referred to as "anodized" metal, FYI.
