What is a good cam shaft i can buy for more power with everyday driving?

 

This is my first post after reading this website for about a year. I've learned alot, but just not experienced enough to give advice on anything yet. Now with some knowledge, I FINALLY decided to register. Hey, I watched others ask questions that I wanted to ask only to get flamed. Good thing it wasn't me. For the record, I have a 97 Accord EX.
