The 92-93 bumper, has one large opening and looks more modern. It stays more perpendicular with the ground without curving in at the bottom.
My guess would be a 90-91 Integra.

Looks to be a 90-91. The 90-91 bumper goes in at the bottom, and has 3 ducts total. One large center, and two corner ducts.
