Default Help with a Jspec F20aDOHC swap into a 1992 ex accord

hey guys I usually stay on the prelude board but I have some questions regarding an engine swap --- the shop that is doing the swap put the engine in but is having trouble fiquring out wiring actually I went and looked at it and I do not believe they have done many engine swaps becasue they had the japan fuel rail still on the japan engine you need to use the one off of the us f22a --- do you guys also know if you should or can use the f22a distributor on a f20a engine and will it work the guy said it would not but I do not know one is external vs. internal coil... and I believe that would take car of the wiring issue -- since you could just wire the camshift signal off the engine to the ecu --- anybody know anything about this type of swap---- and please no h22a comments I have that engine in my prelude and know what they are about it just seems this swap is more difficult than the h23 to h22 was,,,,,

I have the same motor...

There ae Zero wiring issues that I came across... you can use the accord harness and mix n march connectors if need be...

The F20A DOHC uses the same distributor as the H23A1 or H22A... and those come in both ext coil and int coil flavors... so get whichever one your car is... a 92EX should be external coil... so go for a USDM distributor and you'll be set...

The only other issue is the EGR plug is different so use the old F22A one and it'll work perfectly with the USDM accord harness...

If you're using the JDM harness like I did... then there are a few more details... if you need them email me (DON"T IM ME)and I'll pass those along to you...
