Default This "Tornado Fuel Saver." Is it BS?

http://www.tornadofuelsaver.com/info/

An automotive air channeling tool that creates a swirling air motion, allowing the air to move faster and more efficiently by continuously whirling air around corners and bends.

okay gotta question... if that form of cai works... wouldn't the ecu compensate by upping the fuel injected to prevent a leaner mixture therefore causing more fuel to be used?
