Default Low comprssion in #4

Ok here are the results

#1 - 205
#2 - 185
#3 - 195
#4 - 80

#4 also has some white powder all over the spark plug.

What does this mean, any suggestions? Also, what can happen if i keep driving like this?

Blown head gasket. White powder = coolant.

No idea what the white powder is.

Either take the head off or do a leakdown test to figure out where the problem is.
