a friend and i jst got str fuel rails(ordered frm two diffefent places)both are missing the bolt that plugs the side not being used by the fuel line...is there anything we can use in the mean time till i can try to get the bolt i need...also to get this bolt would i have to call str directly? hopefully im not the only person that has had this problem. car has to be running 100% within 2days or im screwed...PLEASE HELP!! thnks

 

Go to a hardware store and look for brass fittings. All you need is whatever size the hole is. Wrap some teflon tape on the threads, and call it a day.. STR doesnt have the bolt, since it is available at any hardware store..

reviving an old thread--

Mine doesnt bolt up right = i cant ge the 10mm nut to lock down all the way.
it fits kinda loose and today it sprayed fuel today right when i cranked it

lukiily i wasnt on the road yet

any one else have this prob.
