My hat's off to Eagle's oustanding rods *destruction pics*
NOT MY MOTOR
When a valve dropped at 12,000rpm due to the infamous 3-2 miss-shift everything demolished. The piston is a top of the line forged piece, and as you can see is long gone. The rod, however, is virtually untouched and still measures out totally in spec!

the rod bearings have been removed, if you are trying to say they look torn up.

The head is a total loss, and the sleeves were demolished. The block is salvageable thanks to the blockguard.
did the same thing in my b18c5. Broke the sleeve all the way to the bottom and found pieces of my piston throughout my motor. The stock rod was still there, although damaged to say the least. The other three spec'd out fine and are all good. I'm putting eagles in my ls/vtec setup, so I'm happy to see they held up!
