Car Stall After Tune Up! :( * Please Help*
Hey Every,
I recently had a 96LS motor in my car since May and ever since I had the motor in there I would always have this intermident property of my car stalling. The car is throwing a check engine code of 54, which has to do with my Crankshaft Speed Fluctuation sensor. And it would stall evey now and then.
So my I was advised to change the spark plug and reset the ecu to see if that was the problem. So today I change my spark plug (NGK OEM SPEC, V POweR), oil and new air filter. Then afterward I let it warm up and decided to take it out for a test drive. Now the problem happen even more often now, and it happen everything I go from any gear back to neutral the car will struggle a bit then stall out. I would have to restart it.
The Check Engine light is no loner there but it usually come back within the next 100miles or so. I also did notice on the cycliner 3 that there was some oil around the spark plugs. Just a bit on the thread!
Any ideas what is its or how i can prevent the car from dying out. I need this car for work, so anything you have for me to try would be great. thanks for taking the time to read this thread and let me know if you need any other informations to troubleshoot this problem.

Honestly dude thats not a tune up. A tune up includes changing all of the following (which i recommend you do if you havent when you did the swap):
air filter
oil & oil filter
Gas filter
spark plugs
spark plug wires
distributor cap & rotor
air filter
oil & oil filter
Gas filter
spark plugs
spark plug wires
distributor cap & rotor
