D16z6 head on a D15b7 block

D16z6 head on a D15b7 block
I mainly just want to get a vtec head for now and work from the bottom up on my car workin on suspention (spelling) first. I was mainly wondering if a b16z6 head would fit on my d15b7 motor...? and what the break down of the engine code is. is the "z6 " or "b7" on the code the head and the D16 or D15 the block? or how does that work? someone might have posted this Q before but i cant find anything on it.. Thanks for your help TJ

Do a search for Mini-me's and I think your questions will be answered 
I have a z6 head on my CX block and its doing all right....pulls okay too.
