that's the box where the PVC valve goes on the older B18B engines. The newer B18B's had the PVC valve on the valve cover and didn't have that box.

Since the newer motors recycle the vapors back into the motor, do they suffer performance losses from more sludge inside everything?

So if I have a B18B block with that box on it and I am using it with my vtec head from an 00 GSR how would I set up my aftermarket catch can? Do I need to run the inlet line from the fitting on the block or the fitting on the intake manifold? This is not a pain in the *** hypothetical question it is one that is going into effect in the next few days.
