go ahead and post it up.

I remember awhile back, back like in '00. I purchase a type-R for a friend with the discount I had working for a Honda dealership. He compare it to a used-stock JDM ITR head............guess what?

It was different. I didn't believe it till I drove up there to see. And sure enough, it was different. But we never concluded if the JDM OEM was better or the prevous life of the JDM motor had some work done.

Since that year, we witness a stock JDM motor run high 12s in the 1st pass. After taking the valve cover off, yep, after JDM cam gears (later concluded it was Cusco cam gear). Also, something wasn't right when that motor needed timing to be set at 10 degrees, lol

great, we just charged the batteries, ill go to the garage and snap some picity pics.

i only took intake port shots because the exhaust ports are covered in carbon.

the itr head i bought looks the same . as for the question about the valve job-- it is better than b16 and gsr heads. that is where they probably get most of there power from. the port work is not even that good .
