Default BC3+ or ITR cams

I'm wondering which setup would be the best for the money. They're going in a basic bolt-on b16 with no further mods planned.

ITR cams
Stock valvetrain (for now atleast)
Hondata s200

or

BC3+
Skunk2 Springs and retainers
Vafc

whenever u can, i suggest u dont mix n match the spring/retainers combo, because they were produced to give a perfect fit when match together thus lesser wear on the retainers. go wit omniman springs/retainers combo, theyre good and cheap..
go to kteller8 he has good price for them

Patience is key....
Get the parts that you want, you dont want to regret it later on.

Better to do it once...
