Trying to install the 99 Si(r) radio into 97 hb.

I have the 5 digit code.

For testing, I connected: yellow, black, red, front speakers, and antenna

Anti theft light blinks.

I punch in the code, nothing happens.

I press power, nothing happens.

I tried a lot of different variants like holding the power while punching in the code... nothing happens.

Is there a special way of punching in the code?
