depends.. are you going to be spending a lot of time at the track? they mainly just help launching. I hear they'll give you some slight shaking durring idle tho

only get the front insert. your car won't shake at idle then, and the front only still keeps the engine from torquing

I have them both in and they give a lil vibration at idle but nothing to bad. Very smooth and no wheel hop on launches anymore though

I got them. pretty painless install. They do what they are supposed to do. Not too bad on the shakes either.

I've got both installed and combined with my exhaust its pretty crazy. At idle, I can literally see my dash and steering wheel shaking. The performance is worth it though.

i love how it launches, but it really is bad shaking...whenever my car does its random idle drop from where is set it at like 1050 rpm to down around 800 it shakes like no tomorrow...i hate it....but at 1050 its ok, no real shakes

the car shakes like a **** .. you know if you put on the ebrake and let out the clutch in 1st gear when idling and the car rpms dip a bit? its about that much of vibration but faster and all the time ...

I just have the front mount in also ... although I haven't bled coolant ... but still, she shakes she shakes .. oh baby but she mooves she mooves .. err .. sorry .. ***** hung moment.

i installed the e/s inserts in my 99 lude and love um!!as far as the shaking, mine is not bad at all .But then again, i only have 40k on it and feels very tite.cars with a lot of miles will make more noise than a newer car !!I used to have a sloppy lanch with wheel hope ,and now i dont .The car feels much more planted to the road ,and also my launch is much better. For the money they cost this is a great mod !!
