Default Best head gasket for d series

whats the best HG to use with a d16z6 runnin boost on an old dsm turbo. How about copper? anyone?

Searching failed, try again later otherwise I would have searched

it necessary to replace the HG if you swap heads if it wasn't leaking in the first place?

i use a cometic with arp's . works great for me.

and yes anytime you take the head off you need a new gasket.
