LOl..give me a break. You guys kill me with this crap. You act like the entire world is out to get your sacred little Integra.
Sometimes you have no choice but to leave your car at a dealer for longer than a day.

I think your friend is referring to the Lemon Law that we have in Florida. You can find more accurate information pertaining to it here: http://doacs.state.fl.us/~cs/lemon_text.html
Good Luck!

If you bought the car new you can get them to buy it back for what you paid minus a use fee per mile, like the lemon law says. You don't have to go through litigation in Florida; manufacturers offer ninbinding Autoline arbitration (sucks but some companies make you do it before real arbitration) and the attorney general of Florida offers an arbitration program that yields favorable results to consumers.
Here is a URL to the attorney general's site on the FL Lemon Law:

I have talked to some of the administrators of this program and they were very nice and helpful to me. I'd give them a call.

The guy down the street from me had his 98 R broken into three times in one year! If I didn't have a garage and a beater car I would sell the ITR.
i agree that the itr h-t crowd is a bit paranoid at times, but like cobain said, just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you. when i bought my car, the dealership had to trade their yellow r for the black one i wanted. the dealership they were trading with had their black one stolen off the lot the night before it was to be flatbedded to me. the thieves had to *move* several cars that were parking in the black r. not only does this demonstrate poor lot security, but also how badly the thieves want the cars.
