Default Ideas for my 97 stock integra

Hey guys, just been browsing the 'Post your integra here' thread, and damn you all have some nice rides. Anyway, I recently turned 21 and managed to get my hands on a 97 integra in fairly good nick for a good price too
I really intend on keeping this car for quite awhile and have decided that i'd like to do a few modifications to it, focusing on asthetics first then moving onto performance (I just love stuff that looks good).

Some pictures of it are here: http://members.optusnet.com.au...tegra/ (a little old, since i've got my full licence too hence no more P plates).

I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions on what I might be able to do to it. I don't exactly know a LOT about cars, so I figured that this would be a great place to get some ideas.
I'm also in Melbourne Australia, so if anyone has some places that supply parts/whatever in Australia that'd also be great

Cheers guys

Welcome to H-T,Do what you would like to do to your car,not what everyone else thinks, best thing to do would be to go to a picture thread and see what you think looks good on Tegs, but dont copy anybody!!! to buying a Integra, good choice

Yeah I was intending on getting it lowered, probably as one of the first things.

Ive been browsing nearly 30 pages of the picture thread so far, some great stuff in there. I was especially drawn to the skirts off this one: http://img.photobucket.com/alb...7.jpg

Also was thinking about the exhaust (looks kinda pissy atm).

The main reason why I posted is not so much so people could tell me what to get, but what they think make great additions to an integra just to give me a few ideas

Couldn't be happier with the car so far, its a dream compared to my previous car

Thanks for the welcome too

EDIT: Also, is there an easy way to remove stickers from the car? Say the GSi one on the rear end.

Man that looks like a sweet teg. What kind of engine do you have? Is it a b18c1? Also what color is your teg? is it adriatic blue pearl? For the GSI sign in the back what you can do is heat it up with a dryer and use some floss and try to pry it off. You can take off the remaining goo with goo gone or something.

Thanks
To be honest, I don't know what engine it has in it. It's just stock, so I guess whatever is the standard for a 97 GSi, 1.8L sound about right?

Thanks for the tip on getting rid of the GSI badge too

EDIT: I'd also like to get rid of the 'racing' writing on the wheels, that possible?

Well welcome to H-T. what u wanna do to ur teg athetic wise depends on if ur into the clean look or the flashy look. lots of people like the JDM front end. I love it i also like the stock ITR look or the mugen lip kit look. But it's ur teg and u need to decide for ur self what ur into. First off lowering and wheels is usually the way to go. don't go bigger than a 17 ull regret it. i regret my 17's actually.

Yeah I prefer a clean look, one that people will go "wow thats a sleek looking car". Much like: http://members.aol.com/kellind...a.jpg and http://www.sighost.us/members/GSRsedan/my_ride.jpg
They both just look so crisp.
