do 92 civics and 99 civics have the same lug design???????

Hey, im trying to sell a set of stock rims and tires to a guy with a 92 civic. I have a 99 ex and im wondering if they will fit his 92. Im really sorry if this is not where im suposed to post this question i just really need the help of some people. THANKS
