I have a 3rd gen prelude with a fully built b20a5 and i need engine management and i would like to use AEM. The car is OBD-0, i found a conversion harness to make it have OBD-1 plugs. i just need to know if it will work.

The AEM models only mean the wiring harness was built to be plug and play. The AEM unit is always the same and can run any FI vehicle if you wire it correctly
