yeah, I live near enough Atlanta to need to pass an emmisions test. The guy said that my car was running too rich, and something being too hot.

I was a dumba$$ and didn't retard the timing, I'm supposed to be at 16* btdc, but I'm at like 18*, how much will retarding the timing help?

Also, I've got like 30psi going to the fuel rail right now at idle, can I turn that down any? Ga is stupid, the car can drive like crap, not make any power, but as long as it gives the machine low #'s, I pass.

Yeah, well, if you go that route I hope you have the sense not to announce it to everyone on H-T, and then come back and tell us about it after you do it.

I've got a FPR, idle is at 30psi, can I turn it down more?

EDIT: i forgot to mention theres this stuff u can buy at any auto supply shop it's called something like "guaranteed to pass" or sum ****. you're supposed to put it in your gas tank like a day before the test.
