brake lights keep on coming on in cluster?

I step on my clutch and my brake light come up in my cluster like you just pulled your ebrake everytime i push my clutch pedals. Does anyone ever had this problem.

my '83 buick had that problem, until i realized that 3rd pedal isn't the clutch

errr...

sounds like some wires are crossed dawwwwg

Does it stay on? Check your brake fluid levels...
