Cable tranny vs Hydro tranny?
yeahh plus cable doesn't work on eg or eks unless you buy/make a adapter kit.
I drove few EFs with cable, and IMO the clutch felt stale and like ****.

better to go with a hydro tranny. if you was to go with the cable, you would still need to get the cable to hydro kit for another $200 or so.

Yes, unless you want to run a clutch cable and let your existing hydraulic clutch system sit there doing nothing
Not to mention, cable-clutch transmissions aren't as durable as the newer, beefier hydraulic-clutch transmissions - nor can you get any replacement parts here in the U.S. for a majority of cable-clutch transmissions . . .
Stop being cheap, do it right the first time, and spend the extra $500 to get a transmission that is more durable, can be rebuilt with parts ordered from your local Honda/Acura dealer, doesn't require any extra effort to install, and is pretty much guaranteed to come with an engine that is newer, has 10 more horsepower, and is already OBD-1.

Same.
Same.
Get hydro tranny because your civic is equip with hydro already!!
plus its easier, getting a cable tranny means you will have to convert your car to cable...which is what you dont want to do!!
