Default clutch engaged high..help! thanks

my car is 00 GSR and i had my car about 4 years now.. iam still using stock clutch (never changed before) engine has 34***miles on it.. The problem is my clutch pedal is engaged almost top ( really far off from the floor.) it means time to get a new clutch? or something is wrong?
or Can i change the clutch pedal position close to the floor? that will make better ?
(sorry for bad English)

Have you ever tried Bleeding your clutch before ??? if not try it....my stock clutch always let out in the same spot, even right before it blew up...

your clutch pedal should have at least 1 to 1 1/4 inch of play in it if your were to push it down from the top before it will engage/disengage.......Thats what manufacturer specs are for alot of Hondas....uhm I know you can change the points of engagement on a cable tranny.. but all i know of the hydros is that they may let out or engage at different points if they are low on fluid or if they needed to be bleed...... You can tell if your clutch is bad if it slips ... you dont go into gears very well and if you pop out of gears alot..... but other things can cause that to happen as well...
