hey guys glad i found this site, i have a 00lude and was wondering will intake, headers and exhaust pass smog for my new registration?

the stock I/H/E will definitly pass smog it depends on what i/h/e you have and if you've done tuning and all that. the street legal mods with CARB #s should be able to pass smog.

 

i have an AEM intake and DC headers, which are about 3 years old. i also have a greddy sp full catback. non tuned

nothing is 100% sure when modifying an engine.. but theres hardly any doubt in my mind it would pass, unless you have other issues with the engine.

 

I agree with the mods you have it should certainly pass, unless as said there's an unknown problem with the engine. If you have no CEL light and all else is stock.

most def your I/H/E will pass, but when you throw on a skunk2 intake manifold like i did you'll run into problems w/ the egr valve and then your screwed. cel(won't pass), removed egr(won't pass). but it sure as hell runs good

Yes you should pass. Id put the stock intake box and arm back on just incase to insure you pass.
