Default Possible to fix exhaust header?

One of the inner rings(?) on my exhaust header for my GSR has rusted which means it makes this very loud buzz when i hit about 3500 rpms. I was wondering if it was possible to get the item fixed or should I just get a replacement.

thanks,

-J

Do you mean one of the ports that attach at the block?
It may be possible to clean it up, get it welded and smooth it off after welding, but i dont really know what you mean so you will have to be more specific in whats wrong.
