that is the average price on an si, you'll prob not talk him down unless he really wants to get rid of it, since its local and you can pick up I'd buy it, I'm buying one for $100 + shipping = $140.00. damn good tranny as u know

how many miles on it? i wouldn't pay much for anything with over 120k on it.

but assuming that its under that, its still over priced.. you should give me the number so i can ****** it up... err i mean slap the seller up!

thanks for the replies guys... I'll try to talk him down to around $120ish, the guy said he just wanted to get rid of the tranny since he is putting in a B-series. If he stick to his $150 I'll still get it.

I think if you want the cheapest price you have to buy from guy on the street...don't go to shops they will rip you off, as they did me when I did a ZC swap, a shop wanted and got $300 for the tranny...after 2 months the ****** pops out of 1st all day long. Decided to get another tranny, rather then fixing it.
