Late last night I received a phone call from Juan (OBDJuan) letting me know that Bryan (ProDrag1) went 8.50 on his first pass. The car is getting quicker each time that it goes down the track. Congratulations to Bryan, Juan, Drew, Jason aka St00pid, Tony1, and everyone else that put their hard work into the car. It has a massive amount of potential and is showing that on it's second outting. Good luck guys, everyone race safe, and hopefully I'll be up there to hang out with you all tomorrow.

WHat is that like the 7th time down the track?

 

The car made five passes at the NDRA event in Houston, and a few test passes this week. The 8.50 was run on roughly the 8th-9th pass I believe I could be wrong though so please don't quote me.

anyone have any timeslips from the prodrag car. hows the "bottom half" of the track looking?

 

Don't have a slip, but the bottom half still has alot left in it. The 8.50 pass was a 5.6 1/8th at 136 and the car is usually around a 1.41 60'. That's on old slicks and 8" wide rims. Once we get the tire/wheel setup right, i'll have that thing in the low 1.3's. That car is gonna go fast....

 

congrats to pro-drag. hopefuly the times will drop and stay consistant with the new wheel/tire set up.

yes sir, mandy is going to be there in full affect running 90% being that i'm only still gonna be running 24.5's since i can't afford axles right now. am gonna be a full 2 sec's slower than prodrag...hehe
