Default best a/f by experience?

i just ordered my aem uego(wideband) with gauge, to street tune my car with a b18c1 in it. for a stock internal c1, what would be the ideal a/f to tune to. setup is below.
obd-0 1990 integra rs.
-98 gsr motor w/ gsr intake mani.
-obd0 pr3 ecu w/vafc for "tuning." getting aem ems with the next motor.
-oem clutch, pp, and 8lb flywheel
-focuz 94-up gsr 3" short ram.
-focuz itr 4-1 header with 2.5" collector. oem obd0 o2 in primary bung, wideband in collector bung.
-generic stainless resonator to replace cat.(bolt-on)
-tsudo stainless 2.5" exhaust.

I usually aim for 13-13.5 at WOT. But take it to a dyno to find the sweet spot where it makes most power. Then keep adding fuel until it drops a bit and go ack to the previous setting.
If it's going to run at WOT most of the time or for long periods of time you might want to be a little conservative and run it a bit rich so you won't blow the engine.
