well if u know what company his cell provider is, u can get all of his info. I know when I used to work at RatSHack, I could type in any verizon number at their website where we activated phones and it would give me address name home number work number last four of social all kinds of good stuff. Too bad I don't work there anymore or I would have tried his cell #.
