Default Gains on porting H22A IM

Just wondering what kind of gains people have been able to obtain from porting the stock, dual-stage H22A intake manifold. I'm going back to the dyno in a few weeks, and wondering if I should do it before I head back or worth the $200 or so.

I see you have cams, CAI, and a header... It'll help, a tiny bit.
